Pictures from Katie from the first couple of days on the cruise

After I posted about the first two days of our cruise, Katie sent me some photos that might add to my remembrance of the fun times, but I'm too lazy to actually edit my previous posts. So I will include them in a separate post. Like I said, these photos are all from Kate.

This is graffiti in Vancouver that mentioned in my first post. So many things to question about the message and its spelling/grammar. "Goof" seems like an odd choice of word in this instance. I assume that if you are challenging someone else's honesty, you are going for more insult injury than the word "goof" provides.

Whomen? Who-men? Whom-EN? Goofs again. Canadian graffiti seems much less incindiary than what I've seen here in the States.

Dancing at sail-away. Two old guys approached me and tell my they appreciated my enthusiasm for dancing to music.

Our Jellyfish Donut donuts.

presumably roast beef. It was very tasty and the meat was buttery soft.

the back/side of my head while I am taking a picture of the Creek Street sign.

The stupid Obama Prism hat. I had gone back to the ship after walking in Ketchikan (I snuck on the bus with all the people returning to the ship from the Lumberjack show). Hayley and Katie stayed in Ketchikan a bit longer and went to a thrift store and bought this monstrosity for me as a belated Mother's day gift. What did I do to earn such honor?

Me, receiving the hat, and Hayley laughing so much she had to fold herself in half.

They also got me a mug with a lily-of-the-valley mug (I do like lilies-of-the-valley) and a pet rock.
