Illusion knitting--it's easy and fun! This scarf is for Hayley. This technique is also called "shadow knitting." When you look straight on at it, you see stripes. When you look at it at an angle, you see the hearts. Matt wants a scarf like this featuring alien heads. Believe it or not, there is a pattern for alien heads. Shadow knitting pattern links
